It is a nice place for small children to swim without being worried it's to deep. They have a nice yellow pipe roping off a shallow end for kids. It has picnic tables and some are covered with a grill. It also doesn't allow dogs so you don't have to worry about surprises when playing in the sand.
Like outdoor activities, near the lake it is excellent! Picnic area with covered shelter.
