I bought a side by side, 4 wheeler, and a trailer from the jackson store. I believe the exhaust was broken when I bought it, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. Now, I've been looking at the sided by side broken down in my driveway waiting on a 22 dollar part.....still waiting. 3 weeks. Wow man....wow. my advice.....pick somewhere else to purchase 12000 dollars worth of stuff.

Very inconvenient and unprofessional. This isn't a real power sports store it's just a front operation to make you think it is. They never have what you need and if you do it's defective. Don't let them repair anything because they'll leave you hanging or give you half ass service when you could just take it to real professionals that care. This place is less than worthy and I'm sure they post fake replies to make themselves look good. It's a storage building with terrible management that you can't trust. Avoid this place if possible
For my $200+ I pretty much got new blades, a little grease and a very expensive oil change! Will NOT be going back to these self proclaimed professionals!!

Totally ripped me off!!!
Paid over $200 to have my mower completely checked out, change the oil and install new blades. Told them at least 4 times to check the belts because I've owned the mower for 3 years and know they have not been replaced during that time.
I mowed for about 1 hour with the mower after picking it up. The new blades seemed to do fine, but still too early to tell. 2nd time out, I go about 10 minutes and my mower just stopped. Wouldn't go forward or backward. I call the shop and talked to the owner. He told me over and over that he had experts and professionals working there and had a top notch business. He "offered" to check my mower again and see if it had any new problems. He said "Anything can happen to a machine without notice. It could be a new problem."... of course there not open now.
I take the covers off, which have NOT been removed lately and find a dry, cracked drive belt!!! It has jumped off the pulley, my guess since it is so worn out... yet the "experts and professionals" sent this mower home and marked it as good! Oh yea, and CHARGED me for it!!
