It's sad when you call the office early in the morning (describe your ongoing, chronic issue and what your specialist wants the PCP to do to the receptionist), to be told it would be discussed and handled by the Dr before closing, just to find out you obviously don't matter!!! I am disgusted by this and now have to go all wkend in pain unless I go to an ER, which should not be necessary!!! Alicia is usually very good at handling issues like this immediately, but it's DANGEROUSLY obvious her receptionist do not care about her patients like she does. I am so beyond frustrated to say the least!
