The guy who answered the phone was a complete jerk. It takes a real big man to yell at a female customer who only wanted to pawn a simple item.
Guy comes out and says we don't have anything right now. Maybe after christmas.
Nice enough but what the hell did I just waste 30 minutes driving to?
