I called on a Monday morning asking to have flowers delivered to my wife at work. They told me what they had ready and I picked three pink roses in a vase with some accent pieces, the cost with delivery was $66. I was assured that they would be there that day. When I spoke with my wife that afternoon she didn't say anything so I called them back and was told the driver forgot to deliver them. So they would deliver first thing the next morning.
couldn't deliver flowers to my Lexington address. I had to go pick them up. I am completely disappointed with Green Thumb and will shop elsewhere in future.

They delivered around noon three wilted roses. If they would've been delivered a few days earlier they would've been very pretty. I guess that's what I get for trusting the florist instead of going down and picking them out.
