We are from Ohio looking for land in TN. Brad took good care of us even though we weren't buying a home. His selection of land was nicer than some of the other realtors we worked with in the area and we ended up buying the first 40 acres he showed us although he showed us about 5 locations. He was patient and spent most of his Saturday showing us all over the Lexington area even though we were strangers from Ohio.
