Always get the Demarco steak, and never been dissatisfied with the cut of steak or how it is cooked. Salad bar is my wife's favorite, with the steak. Great food and pretty cool atmosphere.

It was good, but I would recommend asking for rarer than you normally would ask for if you're getting steak. It's a typical southern dilemma lol. We asked for medium well and definitely got well done. Also, the seafood buffet is mostly just different fried fish and shrimp. Again, a southern dilemma. The staff was super friendly and helpful though! I also really enjoyed their salad bar.
I love the New York strip steak! The cook does a great job and my steak was exactly how I love it : medium rare and juicy. Great service, even when crowded, and my dining here is a treat!
